Free Shipping Service
We’re happy to offer free shipping to most locations across the country. However, please note that Okinawa is not eligible for free shipping at this time.
To qualify for free shipping:

Your order total must be ¥15,000 or more.

The total cart weight must not exceed 20kg (one box maximum).
If your order doesn’t meet these conditions, standard shipping fees will apply.
Refund Policy

We truly appreciate your trust in us and hope you enjoy your purchase. If you experience any issues with your order, please let us know within 24 hours of receiving your goods and provide reasonable evidence so we can resolve the matter quickly.
If, for any reason, the delivery partner is unable to complete the delivery, or if you decide to cancel your order after it has already been handed over to the courier, we will issue a refund of 85% of the total purchase value.
Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method used at checkout.
Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

Refunds can only be issued once we have received the returned goods or proof of delivery confirming that the items have been returned.
Goods That Cannot Be Returned
